银屑病诱发 Kounis 综合征一例
摘要
及临床表现，诊断为Ⅰ型 Kounis 综合征。该综合征由过敏反应诱发急性冠脉综合征，分为三型，本例为冠脉痉挛相关型。
治疗采用抗过敏（氯雷他定）及心血管二级预防，症状缓解且未再发作。Kounis 综合征罕见且易误诊，临床需关注患者过
敏史及炎症指标，以及时识别并采取针对性治疗。
