FFR CT:一种制定冠心病治疗计划的新依据

摘要

随着影像学的逐渐进步,冠脉 CTA 造影 (CTCA) 改变了疑似冠状动脉疾病的诊断流程,其对冠心病具有较高的
诊断准确性。与传统的有创冠状动脉造影相比,它的无创性使其风险和成本更低。然而其对血流动力学的判断比较有限。
评估病变是否具有血流动力学意义的金标准是 FFR(血流储备分数)的评估。血流储备分数是一种血管造影技术,通过比
较主动脉压力与狭窄的远端压力来评估病变的血流动力学意义。但因其是有创操作,在临床应用当中也受到了限制。依靠
CTCA 的 CT 数据计算出来的 FFR CT 的出现,提供了无创的评估病变血流动力学的方法。它产生了一个冠状动脉的三维
模型,给出了沿每个主要冠状动脉血管的多个点的 FFR 值。FFR CT 和 CTCA 共同为冠心病提供了一个全面的评估,为冠
心病提供了一种制定冠心病治疗计划的新依据。
