评判预警性思维在 1 例 Stanford B 型主动脉夹层围术期的应用
摘要
理人员在护理环境决策中，对患者病情进行全方面评估 , 对出现或潜在的复杂护理问题进行判断反思、推理、决策的过程。
Stanford B 型主动脉夹层患者围术期管理运用评判预警性思维要点包括夹层形态精准评估，标准化心率血压管理；密切观察
意识状态，预防神经系统并发症；加强呼吸道管理，促进心肺康复；动态监测腹部症状及体征，警惕肠系膜动脉缺血。运
用评判预警性思维，预判病情变化，精准施策，8d 患者转出 CICU，11d 康复出院。
