复发性脑卒中的危险因素研究进展

摘要

复发性脑卒中具有较高的致残率、致死率,给患者带来了身体和心理的双重负担,尽管脑卒中的二级预防已广泛开展,
仍有大约四分之一的脑卒中患者发生复发性血管事件,因此,全面了解脑卒中复发的危险因素,完善预防措施,及时干预,
对延缓脑卒中进展、复发和改善患者的预后具有重要意义。本文通过结合国内外文献对复发性脑卒中的危险因素予以综述,
对加强人们对脑卒中复发的认识,减少脑卒中复发和优化预防策略提供一定的指导意义。
