2 例儿童重症感染持续输注万古霉素的病例分析及文献复习

摘要

目的:探讨儿童持续输注万古霉素有效性及安全性。 方法:回顾性分析2例儿童重症感染根据万古霉素治疗药物监测,
优化万古霉素给药方案,给予持续输注万古霉素的诊疗过程。结果:优化万古霉素给药方案后 ,患儿可快速达到目标浓度,
其中例 2 患儿目标浓度持续平稳,2 例患儿感染均较前明显控制,且未见肾毒性等不良反应,很快转至普通病房继续治疗,
最终顺利出院。 结论:初步观察持续输注万古霉素可以快速达到稳态血药浓度,有助于控制严重感染。
