肩袖修复术后再撕裂因素的研究进展

摘要

肩袖撕裂的发病率正逐年增加。关节镜下肩袖修复术虽为有效治疗手段,但术后再撕裂率仍然较高。再撕裂会显
著影响患者功能恢复,并可能增加再次手术的风险。本研究系统综述了肩袖修复术后再撕裂的危险因素,旨在为临床提供
决策依据,降低再撕裂率,优化患者预后。
