NPS 在预测恶性肿瘤术后复发风险中的应用研究
摘要
期临床观察、临床预后评估补充、高危患者个性化风险评估等应用场景,剖析生物标志物多样性、与临床数据结合、样本
量及数据偏倚等应用难点。结果表明,可通过提高样本量与多中心合作、强化临床数据综合分析、开展个性化研究、标准
化检测流程及加强基础与临床研究协同等对策,有效提升 NPS 在预测恶性肿瘤术后复发风险中的应用价值为临床决策提供
更有力的支持 。
