能谱 CT 诊断消化道出血的价值分析
摘要
DSA 为金标准，分析能谱 CTA 与 DSA 结果的一致性，并计算特异性、敏感性及 Kappa 值，所有指标均以 P ＜ 0.05 为差异
有统计学意义。 结果 能谱 CTA 分析结果与金标准 DSA 检查结果对比，Kappa 值为 0.86（P ＜ 0.01）, 敏感性为 95.35%，
特异性为 92.86%。结论 能谱 CTA 能较好的无创诊断 GH。
