肥胖对认知功能影响的研究进展
摘要
谢失调与大脑结构密切相关可能是损害认 知能力的间接因素。另外个体的脂肪细胞、巨噬细胞和肠道生态失调导致细胞因
子和趋化因子的分泌,这些炎症因子进入中枢后导致慢性低度神经炎症。同时也 可能是凋亡信号传导和神经元死亡的重要
因素。本文回顾了近些年发表的相关文 献,并讨论了肥胖对大脑结构和认知的影响、主要关注了肠道菌群、外周及中枢 炎
症变化、细胞因子及脑血管的病变,同时阐述了当前关于肥胖与认知关于治疗 的探索。以更好的了解肥胖与认知功能之间
的复杂联系,从而制定预防措施和个 性化治疗。
