未成年人腹壁颗粒细胞瘤 1 例及临床病理分析
摘要
方法：对 1 例 14 岁未成年人腹壁颗粒细胞瘤病例，采用免疫组化染色观察的方式，并参考相关文献以及依据组织病理特征
来进行回顾性分析。结果：组织病理学特征：瘤细胞核小而圆且深染，居于细胞中央，无异型性，无核分裂象，未见肿瘤
性坏死，胞浆丰富且充满嗜酸性颗粒，纤维间质中可见多核巨细胞，并可见瘤细胞向肌纤维间浸润生长。免疫组化标记物
S-100、NSE、CD68、SOX-10 等均为阳性，Ki-67 增殖指数低。结论：腹壁颗粒细胞瘤是一种较少见的良性软组织肿瘤，
免疫组化标记物对于诊断 GCT 具有极为重要的意义，当前 GCT 的分子病理还需要进一步深入研究，而针对该肿瘤，手术
切除是最主要的治疗方式。
