腹腔孤立性纤维瘤致低血糖 1 例并文献复习
摘要
术切除肿瘤后，低血糖症状得以改善，并逐渐提出了非胰岛细胞肿瘤性低血糖的概念。越来越多的报道不同类型的胰腺外
肿瘤，以胸部肿瘤多见，腹腔肿瘤少见。研究显示在这些肿瘤中存在着低血糖及低浓度胰岛素，高浓度的胰岛素样多肽（胰
岛素样生长因子Ⅱ），这可能与胰腺外肿瘤产生低血糖的机制有关，逐渐被临床医师认识。但在临床中由于胰岛素样生长
因子Ⅱ缺乏有效的检测方法，因此对于非胰岛细胞肿瘤性低血糖的临床和生化诊断仍带来了很大的困难。本文介绍莱州市
人民医院 1 例由腹腔孤立性纤维性肿瘤致非胰岛细胞肿瘤性低血糖的案例，分析其临床特点、辅助检查及病理结果，结合
文献复习总结其临床特征，提高对该类疾病的临床认识。
