瓣膜置换术后急性冠状动脉栓塞一例
摘要
在冠状动脉本身未发现明显病变的情 况下，AMI 的发生也有报道，其中冠状动脉栓塞（coronary artery embolism, CAE） 是
主要病因之一。本文报告了一例主动脉瓣置换术后患者，由于口服抗凝药物华 法林治疗不达标，导致瓣膜血栓形成并栓塞
冠状动脉，最终引发 2 型心肌梗死 （Type 2 Myocardial Infarction, T2MI）。通过详细分析该病例的临床表现、辅助检 查结
果、诊断依据、发病机制及治疗方案，为临床诊治类似病例提供参考。
