激素性股骨头坏死中西医发病机制研究进展
摘要
西医发病机制。西医方面，围绕激素对脂肪代谢、血管内皮、凝血功能、成骨 - 破骨细胞平衡等层面影响剖析；中医则立
足肾虚、血瘀、痰湿、肝郁脾虚与经络阻滞等传统理论解读，通过整合二者理论与研究成果，明晰其复杂发病过程，为优
化诊疗策略筑牢根基。
