截瘫患者血液培养出迟缓埃格特菌 1 例
摘要
分析。结果 MALDI-TOF MS 检测鉴定分离株是迟缓埃格特菌。药敏实验显示该菌对青霉素、甲硝唑、头孢他啶耐药,对
替卡西林 / 克拉维酸、碳青霉烯类敏感。结论 迟缓埃格特菌培养周期较长,可借助 MALDI-TOF MS 进行菌种快速鉴定,
且碳青霉烯类药物是该迟缓埃格特菌血流感染的有效抗菌药物之一。
