巨细胞动脉炎 1 例报告及文献复习
摘要
该病展开文献复习。结果 巨细胞动脉炎好发于 50 岁以上人群，女性多于男性，常表现为突发的头痛、颞动脉异常、视力障碍、
食欲不振、颜面部浮肿等。结论 巨细胞动脉炎由于其症状缺乏特异性，常被误诊为其他疾病；及时完善颞动脉活检是诊断
该病的金标准；早期糖皮质激素治疗能预防严重并发症的发生及改善预后。
