对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液在多模式镇痛的应用
摘要
外科的重要环节之一。除临床上常用的非甾体抗炎药外，对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液是国外多模式镇痛中最常用的非阿片
类药物，围术期合理联合使用静脉注射对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液能安全地改善所有类型手术的疼痛和降低不同镇痛药物
相关副作用，提高的术后镇痛满意度，并减少术后并发症的发生，但临床使用时需注意其肝毒性和电解质紊乱的潜在危害。
对乙酰氨基酚甘露醇注射液在围术期的用法用量及其远期预后的影响在国内仍欠缺多大数据的研究。
