前交叉韧带重建及移植物相关研究进展

摘要

交叉韧带断裂后,大部分患者选择早期行关节镜下交叉韧带重建,这可以有效降低半月板、关节软骨等继发损伤
的风险。前交叉韧带重建手术近年来有了极大的发展与进步,术中骨道定位、移植物种类及质量、移植物固定方式等对
ACL 重建的术后效果至关重要,由等长重建发展到解剖重建,同时移植物也有很多的选择,最开始的自体骨 - 髌腱 - 骨移
植物,到现在颇受欢迎的腘绳肌肌腱,每种移植物都有固有的优点和缺点,在临床上须结合患者的自身情况选择适宜的移
植物,移植物的直径和长度对手术的效果至关重要,只有足够质量的移植物,才能满足达到维持膝关节稳定的基本要求,
降低重建后移植物再断裂的风险,尽可能恢复患者术后正常功能锻炼。
