高尿酸血症与糖尿病研究进展
摘要
尿酸（Serum uric acid，SUA）水平升高的代谢综合征，而糖尿病（Diabetes mellitus，DM）作为一组由多种病因引起的以慢
性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。相关证据显示，HUA 一方面可能通过引起胰岛素抵抗、胰岛细胞功能障碍促进 DM 的发
生和发展；另一方面，HUA 还可促进 DM 慢性并发症的发生和发展。
