肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤临床病理分析及文献复习
摘要
性分析本院确诊为未分化胚胎性肉瘤 2 例的临床病理资料，并复习相关文献。结果 : 两名患者均为女性，年龄 15-27 岁，
平均年龄 21 岁，肿瘤均位于肝右叶，镜下肿瘤细胞呈梭形、上皮样、多边形及瘤巨细胞样改变；可见较多量大小不等的嗜
酸性小体。免疫组化表达上皮源性标记、Vimentin 及 α1-AAT；嗜酸性小体 PAS 阳性。结论 : 肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤是一
种高度恶性肿瘤，术前影像学较难诊断，容易误诊，需病理及免疫组明确确诊。
