MRI 测量参数评估外踝扭伤后发生慢性踝关节不稳的临床价值
摘要
分析 2018 年 1 月至 2023 年 6 月因初次外踝扭伤一周内至昆明医科大学第一附属医院行踝关节 MRI 检查患者的图像,纳
入 CAI 组患者 57 例和正常对照组 68 例。分别测量腓踝角 (FMA)、轴向踝指数 (AMI)、踝间指数 (IMI)、踝距指数 (MTI)、
腓骨外旋角 (FER)、ATFL-PTFL 角;结果:两组间年龄、身高均具有统计学差异,年龄越小、身高越高越容易发生 CAI。
CAI 组 FER 小于对照组,ATFL-PTFL 角大于对照组,且差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。FER、ATFL-PTFL 角是 CAI 的
独立预测因子 ,ROC 曲线分析结果显示 ATFL-PTFL 角预测效能较高,AUC:0.701,FER 的 AUC:0.632。结论:年龄、身
高、FER 和 ATFL-PTFL 角有助于提示 CAI 的风险增加。
