多导睡眠监测联合 vHIT、眼震电图在 PPPD 中的应用
摘要
复等方法来改善 PPPD 患者的生活质量。方法：应用世界卫生组织生活质量简易评估问卷（QOL），对接受治疗后的病患
在 1 个月及 3 个月时的生活素质进行评定。结果：通过对 30 名受试患者 1 个月、3 个月的睡眠康复和前庭康复指导，患者
QOL 量表分数显著提高。结论：结合睡眠管理与前庭功能的康复锻炼能显著缓解 PPPD 病人的相关症状，关注患者的睡眠
状况、认知健康，通过缓解负面情绪，提高患者的睡眠品质与认知能力，对于提升 PPPD 患者的生活品质和改善预后有着
至关重要的意义。
