冠状动脉非阻塞性心肌梗死的病因、诊治进展
摘要
塞性心肌梗死（MINOCA）[1]。MINOCA 和非阻塞性心肌缺血构成非阻塞性冠状动脉疾病（NOCAD)[1]。Thygesen 研究 [1]
提示 MINOCA 在所有心肌梗死患者中约占 6% ～ 8%，不同研究患病率有所不同 [2]。在 MINOCA 中，女性占比近 50%[3]。
本文将对 MINOCA 的病因、诊断、治疗进行综述。
