中药单体治疗糖尿病足的研究进展

摘要

目的 综述中药单体治疗糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)的研究进展,总结治疗糖尿病足溃疡的中药用药特点,以期为
DFU 的临床治疗提供思路参考。方法 查阅近几年国内外相关的文献资料并梳理中药单体治疗 DFU 相关的实验研究及临床
研究。 结果 中药单体治疗糖尿病足溃疡具有独特的优势,多种中药有效成分通过多信号通路、多靶点促进足部溃疡愈合,
取得良好的临床疗效。结论 中药目前治疗糖尿病足溃疡的实验研究及临床研究都逐步趋于精准化,为糖尿病足溃疡的治疗
提供了准确的依据。
