重症酒精性心肌病合并心衰误诊为缺血性心肌病一例
摘要
呈现出类似扩张性心肌病表现的一系列临床症状。ACM 在所有扩张型心肌病类型中占比为 21% ～ 32%［2］。严重的患者
主要表现为胸闷、气短、疲乏、运动耐力减低等心衰症状，易发生误诊，现将我院收治 1 例重症酒精性心肌病合并心衰误
诊为缺血性心肌病进行报道，以期为临床诊疗提供参考，现报道如下。
