正念呼吸训练的干预方式对孕产妇心理问题的效果研究
摘要
检孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组, 两组人数相同,各 50 人。对照组由医护人员实施常规心理护理,干预
组在常规心理护理基础上由医护人员指导研究对象进行正念呼吸训练,分别于干预前和产后 6 周两个时间段发放焦虑自评
量表(SAS)及爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS),比较两组孕产妇干预前后量表得分,进行数据分析,干预组在干预后 SAS
得分和 EPDS 得分均降低,得分差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05), 对照组干预后 SAS 得分和 EPDS 得分均升高。 研究结果
表明, 正念呼吸训练的干预方式对降低孕产妇焦虑和抑郁有积极作用,该研究为产前正念干预的可行性提供了支持。
