外泌体在膀胱癌中作用的研究进展

摘要

外泌体(exosome)大量分散在多种体液中,其中富含核酸、蛋白质等关键的物质,通过自分泌、旁分泌和内分泌
等三种方式实现信息的交流与传递,形成一种全新的细胞间交流系统。膀胱癌来源的外泌体在膀胱癌发生、侵袭迁移、诱导
耐药和免疫逃逸等过程中发挥着重要作用。本文综述了外泌体的主要生物学特征以及其在膀胱癌进展与诊疗方面的新进展。
