药物预防 ERCP 术后胰腺炎的进展
摘要
病的重要治疗方法。虽然 ERCP 的治疗成功率很高,但该手术可能会导致诸多并发症,如急性胰腺炎(PEP)、出血和穿孔 [1]。
其中 ERCP 术后胰腺炎(PEP)为最常见的并发症发生率约为 1.3% ~ 11.0% [2],在高危患者中甚至可能更高。本文旨在描
述药物预防 ERCP 术后胰腺炎的有效性和研究进展。为进一步推动临床 ERCP 术后使用药物预防术后胰腺炎提供理论基础。
