Breg 细胞、Th17 细胞及 Treg 细胞参与自身免疫甲状腺炎发病的研究进展
摘要
细胞)是一类具有免疫抑制功能的 B 细胞亚群,能够产生 IL-10、TGF-β、IL-35 等负向调节细胞因子,或通过细胞间接
触抑制免疫反应。Th17 细胞通过分泌特异性细胞因子参与组织炎症反应,而 Treg 细胞则抑制免疫应答,两者相互作用共
同维持免疫稳态。在 AIT 中, Th17/Treg 的平衡失调以及相关细胞因子的异常表达,是推动疾病发生和发展的重要因素。
Breg 细胞在这一过程中能促进 CD4+ T 细胞向 Treg 细胞分化,抑制 Th17 细胞的分化来抑制自身免疫。本文总结了 Breg 细胞、
Th17 细胞、Treg 细胞在 AIT 发病机制中的作用,揭示了它们在 AIT 发病过程中的复杂的调节机制。
