心电图平面 QRS-T 夹角的临床研究进展

摘要

心电图在诊断急性心肌梗死(AMI)中的作用是不可或缺的,而心电图中的平面 QRS-T 夹角主要是反映心室除
极向量与心室复极向量的夹角,代表部分心脏的电活动,且随着心脏结构和功能的改变有所变动。平面 QRS-T 夹角主
要是指 QRS 波最大向量与 T 波最大向量的夹角,可以从常规的 12 导联心电图中直接获得。近年来的很多研究发现平面
QRS-T夹角在AMI患者的危险分层及预后评估方面提供大量信息。本文针对平面QRS-T夹角的临床研究进展作如下阐述。
