宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗进展
摘要
Intraepithelial Neoplasia,CIN)是 CC 的癌前病变。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(High-risk human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)持
续性感染、性生活开始早、性生活频繁、性伴侣数量多、初孕年龄小、多产、免疫功能障碍、长期口服避孕药等多种危险
因素使 CC 的患病率增加。近年来,随着 CIN 发病的年轻化趋势,治疗的同时不影响生育能力也逐渐成为一种新趋势。本
文通过对 CIN 诊治的进展进行综述,分析其优势与局限性。
