基于 ICF-CY 个案管理康复模式对脑瘫儿童生存质量的影响
摘要
年 1 月在我院住院的 42 位脑瘫儿童 , 根据家长意愿分为对照组和干预组 , 每组 21 名。对照组接受常规康复护理 , 而干预组
则在常规护理基础上 , 应用 ICF-CY 理论框架 , 制定以家庭为中心的个案管理模式。结果：通过 SPSS 26 软件进行的多重线
性回归分析显示，干预组在生存质量、粗大运动功能及日常生活能力方面均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。
结论：建立以家庭为中心的个案管理康复模式能有效提升脑瘫儿童的康复效果，进而提高其生存质量。
