右房平滑肌瘤引起的晕厥一例
摘要
累及心内腔。这种 IVL 延伸到右心称为心内平滑肌瘤病 (ICL)。这种疾病 的临床发病率极低，非典型侵袭性生长的特点导
致诊断困境 [1] 。我们报道一例 52 岁的女性 患者，因反复晕厥多次就诊于当地医院，未查明原因。因再次晕厥入院，心脏
超声证实为心 脏平滑肌瘤。
