全髋关节置换不同入路的对比分析
摘要
是疗效最显著的手术之一，能缓解疼痛、改善关节的运动功能、矫正畸形以及低复发率。目前全髋关节置换术常用手术入路：
直接前侧入路和后侧入路等，但最佳的全髋关节置换术手术入路没有明确的共识，而且近年来人口老龄化严重，以后需要
全髋关节置换术的患病人群增多，每位患者都有自己病情特点以及患者满意程度，所以在直接前侧入路和后侧入路两者中
如何选择最适合患者的手术入路。直接前侧入路（DAA）与后侧入路（PA）通过以下方面：手术时间、住院时间、并发症、
翻修、术后疼痛以及患者满意度进行对比综述，从而提供外科医生在进行全髋关节置换术时，为选择合适每位患者最优的
手术入路方式参考。
