全髋关节置换不同入路的对比分析

摘要

髋关节炎、髋关节强直、股骨头坏死等其他髋关节疾病,随病情进展到达终末期以后,选择全髋关节置换术(THA)
是疗效最显著的手术之一,能缓解疼痛、改善关节的运动功能、矫正畸形以及低复发率。目前全髋关节置换术常用手术入路:
直接前侧入路和后侧入路等,但最佳的全髋关节置换术手术入路没有明确的共识,而且近年来人口老龄化严重,以后需要
全髋关节置换术的患病人群增多,每位患者都有自己病情特点以及患者满意程度,所以在直接前侧入路和后侧入路两者中
如何选择最适合患者的手术入路。直接前侧入路(DAA)与后侧入路(PA)通过以下方面:手术时间、住院时间、并发症、
翻修、术后疼痛以及患者满意度进行对比综述,从而提供外科医生在进行全髋关节置换术时,为选择合适每位患者最优的
手术入路方式参考。
