语前聋患者人工耳蜗植入的研究进展
摘要
全聋患者恢复听觉及言语康复的一个有效的方法。目前，人工耳蜗植入 (cochlear implant，CI) 作为治疗重度或极重度听力
损失患者的最有效的方法在全世界范围内已被广泛应用。但是不管是进口还是国产的人工耳蜗产品价格都比较昂贵，这笔
费用并非所有家庭能够负担，加上很多家庭尤其是落后地区人们对于听觉康复观念的认识不足等原因，仍有不少重度或极
重度语前聋患者得不到及时有效的治疗，众多患者听障问题无法解决。这篇文章通过概述人工耳蜗植入的发展简史和现状，
分析人工耳蜗植入术的适应症、手术的并发症、术后康复效果的评价以及植入术后听力、言语等方面康复效果的影响因素，
为更多的耳聋患者提供参考和帮助。
