左位下腔静脉的产前超声诊断并文献复习
摘要
妇幼保健院）超声医学科诊断的 1 例左位下腔静脉胎儿的产前超声资料，总结左位下腔静脉的超声声像图特征，并复习文
献。结果 胎儿超声检查腹部冠状切面及横切面显示肾水平以下的下腔静脉位于腹主动脉左后方，于肾脏水平跨越腹主动脉
前方，向右上方斜行汇入右心房。彩色多普勒超声显示左下腔静脉与腹主动脉血流方向相反，并记录到静脉频谱。STIC －
HD flow 技术成像直观立体地呈现了整体呈“Ｓ”走行的左位下腔静脉。结论 掌握左下腔静脉胚胎学基础及超声图像特征，
有利于提高产前超声检出率。
