分析口腔种植修复治疗老年牙列缺损患者的临床效果
摘要
老年牙列缺损患者，按照随机抽签法分组，各 42 例。对照组采取常规固定义齿修复治疗，研究组开展口腔种植修复治疗。
对比治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；研究组修复效果满意度评分高于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；
研究组牙龈健康情况优于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；研究组龈沟液中炎性因子水平均低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；研究组并发症发
生率低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）；研究组口腔健康程度量表评分低于对照组（P ＜ 0.05）。结论 口腔种植修复用于老年牙列
缺损的治疗中效果理想，可提高口腔功能，减轻龈沟液中的炎症因子水平，改善牙龈健康状况，提升口腔健康程度，且修
复后并发症更少。
