基于文献计量学的日间手术患者随访研究热点及趋势分析
摘要
现状及发展趋势,为今后完善日间手术随访流程、提高患者诊疗安全提供方向。方法 检索并筛选 Web of Science 核心合集
(WOSCC)数据库日间手术患者随访相关研究。应用 CiteSpace、Tableau 等软件对符合纳入、排除标准的文献进行数据挖
掘和可视化分析。结果 共纳入 667 篇关于日间手术患者随访相关的论文,年发文量整体增长缓慢。美国和加拿大主导了这
一领域的研究。多伦多大学(Toronto University)、瑞典厄勒布鲁大学(ÖREBRO University) 及卡罗林斯卡学院(Karolinska
Institute)发表的文章数相对较多,其中卡罗林斯卡学院与其他机构合作最为活跃。多伦多大学学者 Chung F 是发表论文数
最多且共被引最高的作者。日间手术患者随访相关研究前沿包括术后镇痛、患者评估及移动医疗。患者安全、并发症管理
及快速康复是日间手术患者随访研究的热点趋势。结论 未来日间手术患者护理随访相关研究主题可聚焦以患者为中心的家
庭快速康复、患者安全风险识别及并发症管理。
