失能老年人生活质量的国内外研究现状
摘要
集中在慢性病、人群主要包括农村、社区和空巢的老人，而针对失独、失能和失智的老人相对较少；因此，提
高失能老人的 QoL，实现老年人认知功能的早期预防，促进健康老龄化，成为我国学者关注的重点。本文通过
对生活质量的概念、研究工具和国内与国外的研究现状进行阐述 , 为制定提高 QoL 的干预方案提供新的思路和
参考。
