microRNAs 与疾病发生相关性的研究进展
摘要
有重要功能的非编码 RNA 受到诸多关注。文献报道 microRNA 的生物发生和功能调控与其他细胞过程有紧密
的联系,其表达异常与肿瘤、神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病等众多疾病的发生发展有重要的联系。
本文介绍了 microRNA 在抗肿瘤、糖尿病及其他生理疾病中的作用以及在疾病发生发展方面的研究现状。
