维持性血液透析患者灵性需求及灵性照护的研究进展
摘要
域的研究提供理论与实践基础。MHD 患者灵性需求水平较高，受到患者家庭、社会、心理、疾病相关、照护
者灵性照护能力等因素的影响，但是国内尚缺乏针对性的灵性需求评估工具，对 MHD 患者的灵性需求评估和
灵性照护干预研究均相对匮乏。后续研究应重视开发本土化 MHD 患者灵性需求评估工具，开展灵性照护研究，
提升 MHD 患者的生命质量和灵性健康水平。
