铁代谢与心力衰竭相关性研究进展

摘要

心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)是一种复杂的心血管综合征,病死率极高,其发生、发展、转
归与多种信号通路的异常调控密切相关。其中,铁分子是血红蛋白、肌红蛋白、氧化性吸酶链,以及脱氧核糖
核酸(Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid,DNA)合成酶等重要蛋白的辅因子,在调控心肌收缩力、能量代谢活动中起到
了不可或缺的作用 [1]。近年大量研究证实铁代谢异常可引起多种心脏疾病,最终发展为重症心衰,因此,铁代
谢可能将会是重症心衰诊断和治疗的重要靶标之一。现就人体铁代谢的几个关键环节,以及它们与心力衰竭的
关系做以下综述,以期为心力衰竭的防治提供理论依据及新思路。
