粪菌移植治疗儿童自闭症谱系障碍的研究进展
摘要
疗方法，存在免疫反应调节、控制肠道炎症等作用。在炎症性肠病等多种消化系统疾病中，FMT 存在良好效果。近几年的
研究发现，FMT 可以经过微生物 - 肠 - 脑轴调控大脑，使得精神、神经疾病的认知功能、行为得到改善。自闭症谱系障碍
(ASD) 属于儿童神经发育障碍性疾病中比较常见的一种，现阶段并没有治愈的方法。研究指出 ASD 患儿常存在胃肠道症状，
同时出现肠道菌群紊乱的问题，利用 FMT 对 ASD 患儿的肠道菌群重建可以将其临床症状有效改善变成人们重点关注问题。
因此本文综述 FMT 在治疗 ASD 患儿中的研究进展。
