一例大量血性心包积液的多发恶性心包间皮瘤
摘要
填塞的大量血性心包积液的原发性恶性心包间皮瘤患者，由正电子发射计算机断层扫描（PET-CT）及病理检验结果联合确诊。
患者在心包闭式引流后接受奈达铂联合培美曲塞化疗，6 个月后死亡。心包间皮瘤在组织学上主要呈椭圆形编织状排列的
上皮样细胞团，细胞核深染。此类病例较少见，临床医生和病理学家认为其为一类可相对早期诊断的心包肿瘤。为发现这
种罕见疾病的早期诊断方法，需要积累临床影像诊断和病理诊断结果。
