下肢慢性静脉功能不全的诊治现状及热点问题综述
摘要
下肢慢性静脉功能不全（chronic venous insufficiency，CVI）是一种普遍存在的血管疾病，严重影响着患者的生活质量和社会功能。据估计，全球数百万患者受到其困扰，导致了显著的经济负担和医疗资源的消耗。随着研究的深入，CVI的病因、临床表现以及诊断和治疗方法不断丰富和发展。当前，CVI的研究主要集中在病理机制、影像学诊断技术以及多种治疗策略的比较上。然而，在诊断标准、治疗方案的选择以及患者管理等方面仍存在不少争议和挑战。本文旨在综述下肢CVI的最新研究进展，探讨当前诊断和治疗的现状、热点问题及未来的发展方向，以期为临床实践提供参考，最终改善患者的预后和生活质量。
