基于合作博弈与优化的水电分配

摘要

连续的干旱已经严重威胁到美国五大洲及科罗拉多河流域附近居民正常的生活。本文专注于优化鲍威尔湖
和米德湖往五大洲AZ、CA、WY、NM和 CO的供水供电损耗最少,时间最短的问题,并考虑在人口、农业和工业
增长时,模型会呈现出什么变化。
