心肌梗死诊断性生物标记物--ST2 的认识及研究进展

摘要

心肌梗死(myocardial infarction,MI)作为冠心病分类中致死率较高的类型,发病率逐年增加,而现有的心肌梗死标记物包括血清肌酸激酶(Creatine Kinase,CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、心脏肌钙蛋白T/I(Cardiac troponin,cTnT/cTnI)等,但会受到性别、年龄、肾脏功能等因素的影响,一定程度上限制了对MI诊断和预后的评估。新型生物标记物生长刺激表达基因2蛋白或肿瘤发生抑制蛋白2(Growth stimulating expressed gene 2,suppression of tumorigenicity 2 protein,ST2)不易受到其他因素影响,稳定性较高,其标记物特征显著,具有临床应用价值,对MI的诊断及预后评估有极高特异性。
