鸢尾素通过整合素αV/β5 受体调控 Nrf2/GPX4 途径对脓毒症心肌铁死亡的作用

摘要

脓毒症是机体对感染反应失调而导致的危及生命的器官功能障碍。目前,脓毒症心肌损伤的发病机制还不很明确。研究证明铁死亡在心血管疾病中发挥着重要作用。铁死亡信号通路参与了脓毒症相关的心肌损伤的发生发展。整合素αV/β5是位于细胞膜上的鸢尾素特异性受体。鸢尾素可激活整合素αV/β5继而激活其下游的信号通路。鸢尾素可以由Nrf2介导发挥心肌保护效应。本文拟观察鸢尾素通过整合素αV/β5受体调控Nrf2/GPX4途径对脓毒症心肌铁死亡的作用,来探讨脓毒症心肌损伤铁死亡的机制,以及鸢尾素的作用,为脓毒症心肌保护提供新的干预靶点和策略。
