柳州地区成年女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的患病率及相关危险因素

摘要

目的 探讨柳州地区成年女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)的患病率及其相关危险因素。方法 将盆底功能障碍量表(PFDI-20)及PFD可能的危险因素设计成问卷,采用面对面问卷调查模式,收集2019年6月至2021年6月在柳州市人民医院行常规体检的人群的相关资料进行统计分析。结果 共发出问卷705份,收回575份有效问卷。共303例受访者被诊断为PFD,PFD患病率为52.7%。其中,244例(42.4%)受访者出现膀胱功能障碍症状,76例(13.2%)出现肠道功能症状,84例(14.6%)出现盆腔症状。Logistic回归风险模型多因素分析显示,阴道分娩次数(OR 1.446,95% CI 1.009-2.073,p = 0.044)、经常久站(OR 1.938,95% CI1.359-2.764, p <0.001)及体育锻炼(OR 2.480,95% CI 1.517-4.052, p < 0.001)为影响PFD发病的独立预测因素。结论 在柳州地区的女性中,女性PFD患病率较高。其中,经常久站、经阴道分娩次数多及体育锻炼的女性发生PFD的风险明显增加。
