骨盆骨折的微创治疗经验总结

摘要

目的探索骨盆骨折的微创治疗方法并总结临床经验。方法对2019年4月至2020年10月于我院治疗的骨盆骨折60例，随机分为传统手术治疗组30例和微创手术治疗组30例，并对两组病例的治疗结果进行随访。传统手术治疗组采用髂腹股沟入路进行切开复位及钢板内定治疗骨盆骨折。微创手术治疗组采用闭合复位及微创固定技术对骨盆骨折进行治疗。结果 60例患者均获得随访，随访时间12～48个月，优良率为93.3％。与传统手术治疗组相比，微创手术治疗组的手术切口长度明显短、术中失血量明显少、住院天数更短，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论通过闭合复位及微创固定的方法治疗骨盆骨折，具有创伤小、术后恢复快、疗效满意等优点，是一种可在临床推广应用的方法。
