干燥综合征合并口腔扁平苔藓 1 例病例报告并文献回顾
摘要
分泌腺体，以口干、眼干为主要表现，还可出现多系统损害。LP则是一种皮肤黏膜慢性炎症性疾病，典型皮损为多角
形扁平丘疹，可累及口腔、生殖器等黏膜部位。这两种疾病之间在许多方面有一定的相似性，如口腔黏膜受累，病因，及
与自身免疫性疾病的关系。尽管两者在临床中并不罕见，但两种疾病共存的病例报道相对较少。本文报道1例SS合并LP的
患者，并结合相关文献进行复习，探讨二者之间可能存在的共同致病机制，旨在提高对这两种疾病共病现象的认识。
